Product Photography

For this photography-themed assignment, we were tasked with shooting product photos for a client. The product choice was up to us, and I went with Farris Frus because I loved the crisp colors on their cans and could already envision the composition while browsing the grocery store.

I set up a homemade studio at home and borrowed some strobe lights from a friend to get the right lighting.

The campaign needed to run across various social media platforms and be featured on a website, in select high-quality magazines, posters, and billboards. This meant I had to carefully consider the composition, ensuring the photographs could be adapted for landscape orientation (websites, banners, billboards, etc.), portrait orientation (magazines, posters, etc.), and square formats (for social media posts).
