Information Design

For this assignment my job was to create an A3 poster, a high-fidelity prototype and a four-page website for Bergen Biking. We also had to include four different bike routes, each with a description about distances, estimated time, type of road, and any intersections and junctions on the route. A map of the route was also to be included.

For the poster I wanted to add the different routes on the map, and a QR-code as a CTA, making it quick and easy for people to enter the website and rent a bike.

I chose to go with Squarespace when creating the website, and for the online booking system I used Acuity Scheduling. Currently the scheduling is not live due to an outdated subscription.
I went with a clean and minimalistic design, that was user and accessibility friendly. The website also had to be fully responsive in order to give the user the user the intended experience regardless of the device used.
